Pacific West Mechanical Ltd. was established in February 2004 when a need within the industry for a strictly service and maintenance mechanical contractor was requested of the owner.
Locally owned and operated Pacific West Mechanical Ltd. opened with the strategy and expertise of assisting Property Management Companies and Strata Councils with servicing and maintaining their residential high rise mechanical equipment.
Staff were trained specifically by the manufacturers on the majority of equipment that is seen throughout Canada. This level of training and expertise has been passed down and continued over the last 15 plus years.
